What services do you offer?

We are a full-service wedding and events florist. Which means that we thrive on providing you with your dream wedding flowers. In addition to creating amazing garden style arrangements, we also offer workshops to help Do it Yourself brides create without stress.

Do your services extend outside of the Portland metro area?

Yes! We have been a part of weddings in Oregon’s wine country, along the coast, Salem and over to Bend. We love weddings in the gorge as well as on Mt. Hood. We have even traveled to Australia for a few weddings. We love to travel and want to work in wherever your dream wedding may be located.

How far in advance should I book my wedding flowers?

Bridge City Blooms typically books weddings and events 6-12 months in advance. If your event is during peak wedding season (May through October), please reach out early to ensure your date is still available. We are a small studio and are only able to accept a limited number of weddings each week. Your wedding is important to us and we want to make sure we are fully available to you, so we tend to only take 1 wedding per day.

What’s your process?

We have an easy 5 step process to make this as stress free as possible.

1. Consultation
Get in touch with us through our website or email. We want to hear all about your overall vision. We will be in touch with you within the next 24 hours to schedule a phone call. During that time, we will collaborate with you and get more details. We will then send you a quote, so you know what to expect.

2. Quote
After our initial phone call, we will put together a proposal based on your style, venue and budget. This quote will be valid for 14 days.

3. Secure your Date
If you are happy with the proposal, please sign the contract and send it back along with a 25% deposit. These two items will secure your date.

4. Finalize the details.
A month out, we will reconnect to finalize all the details. We understand that there are many details that could and would have changed from the initial meeting, so we will walk through everything from colors, style, logistics and your day of schedule to make this as stress free as possible.

5. Day of Event
Relax and enjoy your day! We got you covered. We will make sure everything goes as smoothly and we deliver nothing but beauty to you.

How much do wedding flowers cost?

Most wedding planners and wedding blogs suggest reserving 10-20% of your overall budget to your flowers. Pricing of flowers will vary greatly on the season availability and overall needs of the designs. For an accurate quote please reach out and schedule a free consultation. We are happy to answer any of your questions.

We do offer various elopement packages. You can check those out here We also offer workshops for the DIY couple. This is a fun, relaxing way for friends and family to feel included and makes your wedding even more special. Find out more here

Do you include delivery and set up?

Absolutely! Bridge City Blooms offers delivery of your bridal party and family flowers as well as the set up of all your flower décor pieces to the ceremony and reception venues. The price is determined by the location of the venue and the intensity of the installation needed. We will also return at the end of the event to clean up the beautiful mess.

Where do you get your flowers from?

We pride ourselves in buying locally grown flowers whenever possible. We are really spoiled to live in the Pacific Northwest where we are surrounded by some of the best flower farmers in the world. Buying locally, not only supports our economy, but we are able to hand choose the freshest, most beautiful product nature has to offer on the week of your event.

For the flowers that we are not able to source locally, we will overnight top-quality flowers from California, Hawaii, Texas, Ecuador, Canada and Holland.



I don’t really know what I want for my wedding flowers. How does that process work?

Whether you have a million ideas or none at all, we can help. We will set up a phone consultation and will discuss your personal style. We want to make your wedding unique to you and your partner. We will discuss color pallets, textures, shapes, the overall mood. What elements are important to you? From there, we will create a personal proposal for you to review. To book your wedding, we require a 25% nonrefundable deposit along with your signed contract. We can continue to make as many changes until 1 month prior to your date, so as more ideas come up or your guest count changes, that’s no problem.

What should I bring to my consultation?

If you have a Pinterest board, please send us the link prior to your meeting. If you haven’t started one, that is ok. Any photos of your dress, bridesmaid dresses, color swatches and any other information you have planned are all great. We love hearing about all your details. It is the details that will make your wedding unique and fun.

I don’t live in the Portland metro area. Can you still meet with me?

Yes! All of our consultations are conducted over the phone or through Zoom. I like to connect with you this way over email (which we can do too) as it helps me better understand your style and what is important to you. Its also nice to talk to a real person!
